Hello
I am a photographer based in Salisbury, Wiltshire, but am a native of Cornwall. The South West of England, and especially the coastal regions are deeply ingrained in me. As a child, being the son of a wooden boat builder, I grew up on by the coast within a family that spent much time on or around the sea. There is nothing that I love more than the crashing waves of an Atlantic storm on a cold winter's night!
My Story
I am a photographer based in Salisbury, Wiltshire, but am a native of Cornwall. The South West of England, and especially the coastal regions are deeply ingrained in me. As a child, being the son of a wooden boat builder, I grew up on by the coast within a family that spent much time on or around the sea. There is nothing that I love more than the crashing waves of an Atlantic storm on a cold winter's night! (on-land of course!)
My passion in life is being outdoors and exploring, always with a camera in hand. I have walked across a number of countries, such as Switzerland (twice), the Dolomites (more times than I care to remember!), Picos de Europa and the Pyrenees in Spain, and further afield, as well as multiple trips in the UK, such as the Coast to Coast path and The South West Coast Path.
Whilst I have never been a surfer in Cornwall, I did spent a lot of time climbing on the sea cliffs on the north coast, my favourite being Bosigran cliff down towards Zennor!
